Sam and I are currently in Langley, staying with my parents. I figured that I would go a little crazy staying home alone for so long while Shawn is away so I took advantage of the time to go on a trip myself! (Thanks to Eric J. for house and cat sitting for us!) Today was our first day here and the weather was gorgeous, so after dropping my mom off at work I took Sam and went to White Rock for the hour. We had fun walking and taking pictures.

This next picture is of Sam laughing. An elderly gentleman was talking with us for a few minutes. Every day he brings a pound or two of birdseed to the beach to feed the pigeons. Because of that, about thirty pigeons follow him while he walks the path. Sam thought that the pigeons were hilarious. He would look at them and just start giggling. He’s such a happy kid.
