Wow….it’s been hot here lately…but it’s been a good dry heat. Just like August at home. Home sweet home…I’m feelin’ a little home sick this week. Ah well, it will pass…it always does. I think it started on Father’s Day when I thought about another family dinner I’d be missing. Grandma and Grandpa and the Carsons…I miss you all tons! Anyways, Just had to say hi. Youth Group is so fun and is going really well. The house is slloooowwwllllllyyyyy coming along and we’re having fun hanging out with people. This weekend Shawn and I are going to Fort Wayne, IN for a visit. He’s got some family there we’re going to see and we’re going to go to his old church. Also, the home where Shawn’s mom grew up in was just declared (the whole street) a National Historic Location and all the homes are open to the public this weekend. So we’re going to go check it out. I’m excited, I think it’ll be really neat.
